• MVP Development: Rapid prototyping and validation services, with tiered pricing, and additional changes at additional cost
• Leadership Coaching: Comprehensive coaching and mentoring for technology professionals, guiding career progression from Individual Contributor to Senior Manager roles
• Fractional CTO: Strategic technical leadership and guidance for organizations seeking expertise in technology strategy, architecture, and team scaling

Service details, deliverables, and specific terms will be outlined in individual service agreements or statements of work.

3. Project Terms

For development projects:

• Work begins upon agreement of scope and payment terms
• Changes to scope may affect timeline and costs
• Final deliverables provided upon completion of payment

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• You retain rights to the final deliverables
• We retain rights to our pre-existing work
• We may showcase the work in our portfolio

5. Payment Terms

Our payment terms include:

• Project rates as agreed in writing
• Additional work billed at $250/hour
• Payment schedule determined per project
